If you wish to change the mobile number registered on your account, please contact us.  
If your previous number is still in use, you may do this online, by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ menu item then select ‘My Details’ and select ‘Update My Details’.
2. Enter and confirm your new mobile number then click ‘Save’.
3. We will send a verification code to your previous mobile number. Enter the provided code where indicated on the screen and select ‘Continue’.
4. We will send you a verification code to your new mobile number. Enter the provided code where indicated on the screen and select ‘Continue’.
5. An email and text message will be sent to confirm that your details have been updated.
